Answer to quiz
Quentin Davies MP (then Con) said it about Gordon Brown MP (then Chancellor) a couple of years before his defection to Labour 'because of Brown's marvellous record of achievement' and similar stuff. He qualifies for the OBN for consistency and should test Brown's popularity by seeking re-election as a Labour MP in a by-election soon.
